RSVP and mail a check Check should be made payable to “River City Express Network” or “RCEN” and mailed to River City Express Network, P. O. Box 13104, Richmond, VA, 23225. Please note on the memo line which meeting you are reserving. Checks must be received by the Friday before the meeting.
