Customer Service is the cornerstone of any business, and it takes consistent delivery for customers to feel a sense of satisfaction so strong and compelling that they recommend others to your business. You knew this right? However, post COVID things are different, and customer’s expectations are different, and they are looking for customer service to be delivered in different ways and through a variety of channels and mediums. Customers have an “Amazon” mentality and expectations to go with it.  Rebecca Pace will be presenting tips, tactics, and talent development to help you take your business and customer service to the next level and meet your customer’s demands and expectations.
