May 23 Members’ Night-Out
6:00 – 8:00 pm Mandala Dot Painting…by the pool!
River City Express Network Members are invited to a “Night-Out” at the home of one of our members, in the Short Pump area. Join us from 6-8 pm on Monday, May 23rd to learn Mandala Dot Painting by the pool, while socializing, sipping, and nibbling.
Mandala dot art is a pattern that is created with many small colorful dots. Using acrylic paint, pencil erasers, cotton swabs and toothpicks, you will learn how to make dot patterns on a hard cover notebook. This is a quick and fun project and can be finished leaving time for socializing and noshing – plus you’ll have a piece of original art to take home. If the weather is hot, feel free to plan on taking a dip in the pool to cool off!
Cost is $21 and includes craft supplies, drinks, and a light supper. Event address will be provided after registration.
