Roberta Brown Aigbokhaevbo is the President and primary consultant of The Faithful Difference, training and consulting firm located in Richmond, Virginia. She provides customized workshops and seminars for individuals and businesses, concentrating on career development, workforce preparation and personal development. Roberta is an educator, a visionary leader, motivational speaker, and certified trainer. She has extensive managerial experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations she is gifted with the ability to capture the core of great ideas and communicate them with clarity, simplicity, and power. Roberta’s sincere efforts and hard work earned her honors and awards. She has been featured in various magazine and newspaper articles throughout the United States for her outstanding service. Her success as a small business owner awarded her speaking honors regionally and nationally. Roberta received a national award as a Gold Star Teacher in Financial Literacy from Working In Support of Education, and as a result the school qualified as one of the top one hundred best in the nation. Roberta served as an academic consultant for the Virginia Department of Education on a curriculum review team for the revision of the instructional framework for Personal Living and Finance.

Roberta is a graduate of Central Michigan University, with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Averett University. Roberta is the author of Go Forth and Do Business in His Name and Co-Author of A Journey Within.
