Topic: Community Volunteer Event – Fleece Blankets for the Ronald McDonald House

Description: Members and guests are invited to join the River City Express Network to make fleece no-sew blankets for the Ronald McDonald House.  Materials will be provided from a grant through the Foresters Community Grants Program.  (https://www.foresters.com/en/foresters-difference/community-grants#gref). 

Please come out and help us!  We need all hands on deck to turn the fleece into knotted blankets for the residents of the Ronald McDonald House.  Bring your sharp scissors, but no crafting ability is needed – it’s simple and instructions will be provided.  If you cannot attend that night but are willing to make a blanket, please contact vpprograms@rivercityexpressnetwork.org.
