Description: Does your brain get “hijacked” by anxiety, frustration or anger with other people in your relationships at work or home?  Do you need more bandwidth these days? What is the key to building relationships that are authentic and true to who YOU are?  Susan will share her simple but super-effective acronym CALM. She will teach the concept behind each letter and then guide you into a quick role-play to try it out for yourself!

Speaker Bio:  Susan Townsend Holt is a Board-Certified Family Life Coach and Director of Everyday Parenting Solutions in Richmond.
